Born in 1988, Giovanni started studying Bass Guitar in 2002 with Maestro Giacomo da Ros, and Jazz Bass with Maestro Dario Zennaro. Together with Maestro Da Ros, he teaches in “Sound Promotion” and “Santa Giovanna D’Arco” schools of music.
He has studied classical double bass for three years at the Venice Conservatoire, with Maestro Claudio Gasparoni, and is currently studying modern double bass. During the years he acquired an extensive experience in live concerts, playing many different genres: from dance, pop and funk, to reggae, rock and jazz.
In 2007 he opened for Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti and Nomadi, two important Italian bands. In the summer of 2010 he joined Absolute5 and has been their official Bass player since then.
Giovanni is currently studying for his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Venice.
